Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n
Parties, events or meetings are not allowed.<\/p>\n
No loud noise, music or TV<\/p>\n
Parking only in the space provided.<\/p>\n
Dress properly and politely when outside the home or public area.<\/p>\n
Maintain cleanliness in the home and outside the home.<\/p>\n
Smoking are allowed but please do note smoke in the bedroom & take care of your ciggarete butt, used an ashtry provided.<\/p>\n
Place trash in the space provided.<\/p>\n
Store and keep luggage in the house, such as sandals, shoes, etc.<\/p>\n
Respect Neighbour & the local community.<\/p>\n
Avoid suspicious activities that againts the Law such as:
\nAll types of criminals.
\nTerrorism.
\nDrugs.
\nAll types of prostitution.
\nHuman trafficking.
\nIllegal goods trading.<\/p>\n
Security has the right to take an action if guests violates againts the Law<\/p>\n
Security has the right to ask for identity of each guest.<\/p>\n
Guests must show the correct identity when booking or reported.<\/p>\n
The number of guests staying must be according to those reported when booking.<\/p>\n
Visitor that visit the guest must leave the residential area before 24:00.<\/p>\n
Every visitor, including driver, friend, family, package \/ food delivery, must leave their identity at Security Gate, when entering the residential area and take it back when they leave.<\/p>\n
The Security has the right to remind about the policy \/ rules of the residential area to every guest and visitor.<\/p>\n
Security has the right to ask and stop activities that are considered suspicious.<\/p>\n
